Management and Delivery of Investors In People in Ayrshire

AME Marketing has been the project manager of all SE Ayrshire's Investors in People activities, since 2003. To do this, we currently manage a team of fully qualified IIP advisors, each with specialisms in different business sectors, e.g. construction, hospitality, retail, professional services and the care sector.

If you are interested in becoming an Investor in People, we can put you in contact with an appropriate advisor who can guide you through the entire process. They will visit you at your premises, explain the IIP standard to you, perform an audit (free of charge) and explain to you how much work is needed to meet the standard. At that point we can supply you with an estimate of the costs involved for you to become IIP recognised.
