Since marketing is all about meeting customers' needs and wants, it makes sense that
you must ask people about what it is they need and want! It seems so sensible,
doesn't it? And yet, countless businesses fail because they kid themselves into believing
that they don't need to do it in the first place.
The truth is that good marketing research is fundamental to every successful business. In fact,
not researching your markets is just plain dangerous.

At AME Marketing we're very serious about marketing research and we have an exemplary record in
the area. Our management team and field researchers are all members of the Market Research
Society (MRS) which means we are forever bound by a strict code of good practice.
Our research services are all designed with you in mind. To get the answers you're looking
for we may use a combination of research techniques. It could be desk research, group discussions,
in-depth interviews, postal or E-mail surveys, or face-to-face street interviews. It's a tough job,
but that's okay. We've got thick skins and we enjoy doing it!

Qualitative Research - Group Discussions ~ If you need to investigate opinions, or the most important issues that apply to your target
audience, one of the best approaches to uncover them is to hold group discussions (also known as 'focus groups'). These can reveal lots
of useful - and often surprising - information that'll help you to ensure that your products and services are really valued by your customers.
We provide a complete qualitative research service, including recruitment, execution, reporting and evaluation of your group discussions.
Qualitative Research - In-depth Interviews ~ Another qualitative research method that we use when it's not appropriate to use group
discussions. It helps to provide a focus for future quantitative research!
Quantitative Research - Surveys and Questionnaires ~ We provide a complete quantitative research service, from objective setting and
questionnaire design, to all fieldwork, data analysis, reporting and making recommendations. Data collection methods include street interviews, postal
surveys, internet polling and E-mail surveys.
Customer Feedback Surveys ~ If you're serious about marketing your business effectively, it's crucial that you research how your business is
perceived by those who are most important - your customers. We will use a combination of the above research methods to find out what your customers
really think about you.
Employee Satisfaction Surveys ~ If yours is a forward thinking "people" business, you'll naturally want to ask those who work for you all about their
experiences of being an employee. We'll use a variety of research methods to uncover their opinions, then you can use the information to improve your
